Technology
Our office features equipment that is at the technological forefront of endodontic therapy. Dr. Kreutzer is proficient in the use of the surgical operating microscope, has worked extensively with the fiber optic surgical endoscope, and has incorporated the use of 3-D cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) into the planning and execution of his care of his patients--allowing for exceptional diagnostic capabilities and treatment outcomes. By employing the latest advances in instrumentation and obturation techniques, utilizing both electronic apex locators and digital radiography to increase diagnostic ability while dramatically decreasing radiation exposure, and through incorporation of the microscope, surgical endoscope, and 3-D CBCT imaging, Dr. Kreutzer has created an environment that allows his patients to receive the most technologically advanced endodontic care possible.
While many dental offices may claim to be "state-of-the-art," it is important to remember that no equipment, no matter how advanced, assures competent treatment without its use being based on the fundamental biological principles that dictate endodontic success. These biological principles are the foundation upon which Dr. Kreutzer's endodontic training was based and upon which his practice is built.
