As a courtesy, we will be happy to file your dental insurance claim on your behalf. Should your insurance pay more than is estimated, we will promptly mail you a refund. If a balance remains after your insurance has sent payment, our office will send you a statement due upon receipt.

Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month for all accounts over 60 days old.

For your convenience, we accept cash, person chacks, all major credit cards and offer a number of interest-free payment plans for those who qualify through CareCredit (click on the CareCredit link below for more information).
